Every NYC violation, ranked by how fast it pays.

We don't just give you a feed. We score every new violation 0–100 based on penalty size, class hazard, owner solvency, cure deadline, and historical close rate in your trade. The top 10% are tagged HOT — you see them first.

Class-A hazard alerts

Class-A means immediate hazard, 24-hour cure window. Owners are panicking. You get paged the moment the order is filed.

ECB penalty weighting

Bigger ECB = more leverage for you. We weight scores by penalty size and accrual date so the costliest jobs surface first.

Solvency screen
